Your adventure begins in Dalat, where you'll ride through breathtaking countryside roads to witness stunning landscapes and visit a flower and coffee farm. At the coffee farm, you'll have the opportunity to taste different types of coffee, such as Mocha, Robusta, Arabica, or even weasel animal coffee. Next, you'll visit a local family where you can try a traditional solid homemade rice wine and attend a silk-making process at a silkworm factory. The day's highlight is a trip to the Elephant waterfall, a massive fall that offers a beautiful and unforgettable view. Next, you'll visit the Buddhism Temple, home to a vast Happy Buddha statue, and enjoy a deeper understanding of Buddhism through your knowledgeable guide. Local cuisine will be served for lunch, featuring various dishes. Then, you'll continue the trip through the mountains to visit K'ho village to explore another unique culture among the 54 different ethnic groups in Vietnam. Finally, remember to stop in the flooding village for some pictures!
Explore the wildlife of Lak Lake and learn about the local culture of the M'nong people while taking a dug-out canoe trip to experience the natural beauty of the second lake (optional activity). Next, visit local rice paper and rice noodle making or go to the local market to buy fresh chicken baguettes for a picnic lunch in the national park (optional choices for picnic lunch or restaurant). After enjoying the beautiful scenery, you'll keep going to Buon Ma Thuot (BMT) City, the capital city of the Central Highlands known for its coffee.
Before heading out of the coffee capital, you'll visit a political prison with tiny rooms for prisoners from the French to the American war. Imagine what it was like for Vietnamese prisoners there while you learn about the history of the prison. You'll then visit Phu Cuong waterfall for a brief period of relaxation before stopping at some small villages to learn about the daily lives of the local people living in the area. Finally, the day continues as you ride to Chuse.
On day 4, you'll continue your journey by rolling along the historic Ho Chi Minh Trail. You'll discover the beautiful Sea Lake - a perfect place for relaxation and photo-taking opportunities. You'll also visit a tea farm and Buddhism temple before experiencing the small and peaceful land of Kontum along the Dkbla River. You'll be able to admire the ancient cathedral architecture, such as the wooden church that stands as a religious site and a historic monument. Finally, visit Kon Katu village to see the particular Rong house and beautiful river and learn about the daily life and culture of the local people before ending the day by checking into your hotel.
Begin the fifth day of your journey by discovering the daily life of Vietnamese people and visiting a war monument where you can see VC (Vietnam Communist) tanks used to fight against the American and southern governments during the war. Next, you'll visit the old Phoenix Airport and Charlie Hill - both major battlefields during the war. You'll be able to appreciate the historical significance of these locations and learn about the war through the eyes of the Vietnamese people.
Continue on Ho Chi Minh road to visit Chu Ru village and waterfall, rest at the pineapple fruit farm, and try some pineapple or local chicken eggs or coffee. Then, see The Cao Dai temple, a Vietnamese religion, and incense making.
