Terms and conditions for VN Motor Tours:

1. Booking and Payment:

•  A non-refundable 30% deposit per person is required to secure your tour.
• Full payment is due 45 days before the tour start date.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Between 45 and 30 days before departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
• Within 30 days of departure, the full tour price is non-refundable.

3. Health and Fitness:

• Participants must declare any health conditions that might affect their ability to ride safely.
• VN Motor Tours reserves the right to request a medical certificate.

4. Itinerary Changes:

•  The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions.
•  VN Motor Tours will provide an alternative in case of major itinerary changes.

5. Insurance:

• All participants must have comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for motorcycle riding.

6. Responsibility and Liability:

• VN Motor Tours is not responsible for personal belongings or valuables.
• Participants are responsible for their safety and must adhere to road safety regulations.

7. Motorcycle Substitution:

• VN Motor Tours may substitute the motorcycle type based on availability.

8. Alcohol and Drugs:

• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
• VN Motor Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour for riders not complying with this rule.

9. Age and License Requirement:

• Participants must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid international motorcycle license.

10. Tour Cancellation:

• VN Motor Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

11. Flight Delays and Schedule Changes:

• VN Motor Tours takes no responsibility for any flight delays or schedule changes at any stage throughout the trip.
• In the event of any such change, no refund will be considered.

12. Bike Damage and Repair:

• VN Motor Tours is not responsible for any damage, falls, or scratches to the bike caused by accident or mishandling. It's important to note that we cover damage naturally, not caused by accidents.
• Clients are liable for the repair fees associated with any damages incurred during the tour.
